Join a dynamic team at the forefront of immunology innovation. We're seeking a driven and customer-focused Product Specialist to help position our customer as the preferred industry partner in Belgium. You’ll play a key role in driving forward growth strategy, building strong relationships with key hospital accounts, and driving adoption of the biosimilar and specialty products.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and performance targets within budget and timelines.
• Engage with key HCPs across hospitals and clinics—both in-person and virtually.
• Lead customer-centric initiatives and nurture long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the tender team to develop strategic account plans.
• Manage territory effectively and contribute to promotional planning.
• Share market insights and support cross-functional business coordination.
• Act as a mentor, peer coach, and digital change agent within the field force.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years in specialty pharma with proven key account management success.
• Strong network of HCPs in Northern Belgium.
• Skilled in digital engagement and navigating fast-paced environments.
