Job Overview:Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative IT solutions that meet our business needs. Your role will be pivotal in driving projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency at every step.
Essential Functions:
- Leadership & Direction:Set goals and enforce policies for project teams developing business applications and information services.
- Team Management:Lead small to medium-sized cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle.
- Project Oversight:Manage all aspects of project development and implementation, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Comprehensive Management:Oversee projects from initial concept to final implementation, interfacing with clients and internal departments.
- Scope & Objectives:Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lifecycle Management:Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close software and product development activities.
- Strategic Planning:Participate in setting project direction and enforce it with cross-functional teams.
- Resource Allocation:Plan and manage resource allocations and task assignments within a matrix-managed environment.
- Collaboration:Work with management to define, develop, and implement new information products and services.
- Project Control:Manage scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Communication:Regularly update stakeholders on project status and risks, providing recommendations as needed.
- Quality Assurance:Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
- Business Guidance:Provide strategic business guidance to project teams.
- Multi-Project Involvement:Potentially manage multiple small IT projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience:Minimum of five years in software and/or product development.
- Project Management:Proven education and experience in project management.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $105,200.00 - $175,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
