Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and innovative leader to join our Digital Strategy Innovation Unit in Clinical Operations organization at the Director level. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development and execution of our PSCS Digital Strategy, focusing on enhancing the end-to-end patient access and engagement experience for clinical trials. This role is pivotal in enabling clinical trial sites to deliver a best-in-class, seamless journey through cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with PSCS’s vision to transform site/patient access and engagement in clinical trials.
- Define an integrated patient and site journey across multiple technology platforms, ensuring a cohesive experience.
- Collaborate closely with RDS IT, Digital Patient Services (DPS), Global Technology Office (GTP) and Transformation team (OTP) to drive innovation and technological advancements.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee the implementation of digital solutions that facilitate efficient clinical operations while maintaining high standards of site and patient experience.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends within the industry to identify opportunities for strategic growth.
- Ensure the seamless integration of new technologies to enhance the clinical trial experience for both patients and sites.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with clients and in internal stakeholders.
- Represent digital solutions and Clinical Operations in client-facing interactions and negotiations.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing (cross functional) team.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Ensure continuous professional development and growth opportunities for (cross functional) team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading digital strategy within healthcare or related fields at a senior management level.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, patient engagement strategies, and site operations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an aptitude for presenting complex strategies in an accessible manner.
- A forward-thinking mindset with a track record of implementing innovative technological solutions.
