Your Role
As a Commercial Business Consultant, you will be the key financial and commercial advisor to our commercial and delivery teams. You’ll manage the financial health of our product portfolio and ensure that we deliver value to our clients while maintaining profitability and compliance. This is a role that combines strategic thinking, financial acumen, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with local and regional Sales and Commercial teams to monitor and forecast revenue, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Regularly review revenue recognition, project performance, and financial compliance to ensure smooth operations and profitability.
• Analyze project financials and provide insightful variance analyses to senior management.
• Support project managers with financial reporting, billing deliverables, and contractual guidance.
• Play a pivotal role in managing monthly forecasts and budget planning, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost management, including pass-through and non-pass-through expenses.
• Contribute to the success of our organization by delivering high-quality financial insights and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance and business strategy. Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• Education & Experience:
  • A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business controlling, project finance, or a similar field.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Solid understanding of revenue recognition, variance analysis, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
  • Proficiency with financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
  • Knowledge of month-end processes and P&L management.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to identify financial issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Language:
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Swedish is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
