Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative individual to join our team as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist. This role involves managing day-to-day operations of Marketing Cloud, supporting campaign execution, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform. 
• Execute and optimize email and multi-channel marketing campaigns. 
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver appropriate SFMC solutions.
• Handle data uploads, segmentation, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio workflows. 
• Collaborate with IT Project Managers and Customer Support teams.
• Provide user training and create clear documentation and guides. 

Requirements
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related IT field preferred. (not mandatory, if relevant experience is proven)
• Previous experience in IT project management or customer support roles or customer success role is a plus.
• Energetic and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• A team player who can adapt and stay aligned with team goals and timelines.
• Passionate about growing into a project manager role.

Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce certifications
• Pharmaceutical CRM experience
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Ability to communicate in English
