The Digital Producer works closely with Patient Recruitment Leads (PRLs) to help strategize, plan and execute digital multi-channel marketing and projects/campaigns for US and global customers.

In this highly visible, fast paced role you will be the primary strategist, coordinator and communicator for any digitally-based projects with PRLs.

The role includes interfacing and coordinating with internal and external clients. Establishing credibility through these relationships by developing knowledge of clients’ business, brand and competitive marketplace(s). And ultimately working with the PRLs on the execution of the campaigns/projects.

• Assist internal teams and/or clients to gain an understanding of the solutions required and the development of corresponding digital strategies and tactics.
• Create work plans, schedules and estimates.
• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Actively lead and manage the digital process to complete projects.
• Manage the digital resources required for the completion of projects.
• Collaboration and communication with PRLs Clinical Leads, UX, UI, SEO, Analytics, and IT teams.
• Work with IT (Business Analyst, Project Manager and System Architects) to define quality solutions.
• Manage required integrations (with IT).
• Load content to the content management system (CMS) for assigned projects.
• Plan and manage digital marketing automation campaigns.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Own the quality of digital deliverables
