Job Overview

Provide HR operational and administrative support for Chile and other markets, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellent customer service. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain HR data in our system and ensure compliance with SOPs and SLAs.

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, background checks, and file maintenance.

• Assist with employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, and reporting.

• Deliver portions of new employee orientation under guidance.

• Respond to HR inquiries via phone, email, and case management system; escalate issues as needed.

• Participate in audits, process improvements, and team projects.

• Closely collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business to ensure smooth HR processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in administrative careers

• Advanced English level

• Around 1 year of experience in HR processes, preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry

• Availability to work from the office 3 to 4x/week.
