Responsibilities:

  • As a Senior Key Account Manager you will maintain and nurture existing clients and acquire potential new clients (pharmaceutical companies, consumer health companies, medical technology, and chemical manufacturers).

  • You understand the needs of our clients and can, together with internal project partners, design and market customized comprehensive solutions and services.

  • Through active relationship management and comprehensive support, you ensure optimal and smooth collaboration for your clients.

  • You negotiate contracts and sales conditions with clients and provide them with competent support – even after the sale.

  • You place your clients in the context of IQVIA as a global company and interact with international Key Account Managers and internal project partners to acquire or support clients.

  • You create and implement account plans for your clients.

  • You maintain your opportunities and sales activities in our internal CRM system so that we can assess your sales productivity.

Profile:

  • Preferably, you have completed a technical or university degree or have completed vocational training with corresponding further education, such as a certified druggist.

  • You have a strong affinity for healthcare, the pharmaceutical industry, and/or consumer health.

  • You already have relevant professional experience in solution-oriented sales as well as in the independent and systematic handling of key accounts or come from a sales-oriented position within the life sciences industry.

  • You bring a pronounced performance and success orientation to the team with entrepreneurial thinking.

  • You see changes as a challenge and create creative solutions.

  • You have a high affinity for technology as well as strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

  • Overall, you impress with self-confidence, diplomatic skills, and sales talent.

  • You have very good to fluent language skills in German and English.
