We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can increase share and recommendations among targeted healthcare professionals in Dermatology while effectively expanding reach and frequency across key accounts.

An understanding of the selling process, combined with initiative and an execution-oriented mindset, will enable you to thrive in this role and drive measurable results.

In partnership with our client, we are actively searching for an Entry Level Sales Representative to deliver on our commitment to serve patients.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE - Required

  • 4-year degree from an accredited college or university required
  • B2B sales experience required
  • Automobile necessary to transport samples

Qualifications & Experience - Preferred

  • Medical sales experience a plus
  • Strong relationships in territory a plus
  • Demonstrated success in prior roles
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES & COMPETENCIES

  • Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills
  • Increase share & recommendations of targeted HCPs
  • Effectively increase reach & frequency of target accounts
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Demonstrated ability to apply technical/scientific knowledge
  • Flexibility to learn new products over time
  • Knowledge of and experience with the selling process
  • Initiative and execution-oriented
  • Expected to abide by client policies, e.g., compliance

The potential base pay range for this role is 70,000-85,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
