Job Overview:Are you ready to take on a thrilling challenge in the world of clinical research? As a Line Manager, you'll be at the heart of managing multiple global projects, working closely with clients, and driving strategic decisions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves making an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Line Management of CRAs
• Drive revenue recognition for all projects in your portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and collaborate with operational teams.
• Review and forecast customer requirements.
• Prepare for and attend monthly reviews, defending financial performance.
• Partner with the Operational Excellence Lead and Model Alliance Lead.
• Support business review deliverables and global finance reporting needs.
• Share key finance results and messages during operational reviews.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer counterparts.
• Ensure timely invoice payments and resolve aged debt issues.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes and provide training to operational teams.
• Take on additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• Experience in a CRO or Pharma in a project management capacity.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with all levels of staff.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Peoplesoft is a plus.
• Eager to work in a flexible and challenging environment.
• People management experience is an advantage.
