Digital Marketing Associate Intern

Fathom, an IQVIA Business, is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Summer Digital Marketing Associates to join our Cleveland, Ohio team.  This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of performance-driven digital marketing, contributing to campaigns that drive tangible results for our healthcare clients.​    

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the launch, quality assurance, and management of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid media and marketing automation.
• Conduct audience research and channel audits to identify opportunities for optimization, providing actionable recommendations to enhance campaign performance.​
• Analyze campaign data to draw insights that connect marketing efforts to client business goals, supporting the development of performance reports.​
• Engage in ongoing education to build expertise in digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.​

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.​
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong presentation skills.​
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in team settings, exhibiting strong interpersonal skills.​
• Proficiency in analyzing data and translating findings into strategic recommendations.​
• Commitment to delivering error-free work and maintaining high-quality standards.​
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $31,900.00 - $53,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
