Join global organization with 82000+ employees around the world, as an MDM Developer based in IQVIA Chennai .You will be part of IQVIA’s world class technology team and will be involved in design, development, enhanced software programs or cloud applications or proprietary products.

Software Developer will be primarily responsible and accountable for the successful implementation and application support for Master Data Management Solutions. This resource may act as a developer and provide application support completed on-time within budget and all project deliverables are met with quality. Projects include primarily focused on MDM and JSON.

Job Responsibilities:

1.    Contributing member of projects from initiation through final implementation and takes ownership for success or failure.

2.    Performs Risk Management activities consistent with organizational requirements

3.    Understands the client business requirements/challenges and provides input regarding the technical solution.

4.    Works closely with team members to ensure issues are addressed promptly and properly and escalates issues to the management as necessary

5.    Ensures project deliverables are met with quality and on-time.

6.    Provide status updates to project management and the organization as required

7.    Understands when to escalate issues/challenges to the management team.

Required Skills and Experience:

•     3-5 years of master data management experience.

•     Hands on working knowledge and experience in one or more of the following solution platforms:

      o  Informatica / Reltio MDM

      o  Good working knowledge of JSON and handling large data volume.

      o  Integration of data from multiple systems/sources such as CRM, Industry reference data sources.

• Prior experience with Pharmaceuticals/Life Sciences preferred.
• Experience with integration tools like IICS, MuleSoft etc
• Strong knowledge on data modeling including relation data model.
• Demonstrated experience working with cross functional teams.
• Excellent knowledge with Software Development Life Cycle processes and standards.
• Very good knowledge using Microsoft Office tools including MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Strong planning, problem solving skills.

Education:    

•         Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s degree is preferred.
