Job Title: Business Unit Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Unit Manager to join our Client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical Industry . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical operations, market access, key account management, and supply chain management. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Lead and mentor a team of professionals to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Clinical Operations: Oversee clinical trials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with clinical research teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Market Access: Develop and execute market access strategies to ensure product availability and reimbursement. Engage with stakeholders to navigate market access challenges.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Identify opportunities for growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage the supply chain to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Pharmacy, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on clinical operations, market access, key account management, and supply chain management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
