Technical Skills:
• Extensive experience in L2 production support
• Excellent code debugging skills and problem-solving skills
• Very good understanding about the production timelines
• Preferred experience in any MDM technologies
• Extensive experience with SQL, Java, Json scripts and unix scripts.
• Hands-on experience in SQL and PL/SQL with the ability to write and tune complex SQL queries in large volume of data in production database
• Hands-on experience with any other ETL tool such as Talend etc.
• Experience in production issues ticketing tool and prepare Weekly/Monthly metrics
• Reltio knowledge is preferred
• Experience in leading the team and deliver the support project in SLA based contract
• Mandatory good communication skill to interact with client.

Key responsibilities:
• Test, debug and potentially automate ETL processes using Oracle PL/SQL, Java and Python. 
• Lead, Support production deliverables and investigate production issues.
• Communicate with immediate supervisor and other project team members on the status of work-in-progress, both verbal and written communication
• Work very closely on production database/environment
• Provide project, system, and other technical documentation, as required
• Adapt to the technology and potentially lead other team members
• Work in any of the shifts as demand by project
• Play SME role for the project and lead the conversation with client on critical items
• Work closely with delivery manager to report KPIs as demand by the project

Qualifications / Skills:

Experience: Candidates with 6 to 10 years of experience

Education: Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
