Skill Set required

C# 7.0 onwards,ADO.net 4.6 onwards
.NET Framework 4.8 (2019)Visual Studio 2010 onwards
SQL Server 2016 onwards
SSIS 2019
SSRS 2019
Cloud Bigdata concepts like Databricks on Azure and EMR on AWS ,MVC skills and angular JS, basics of JavaScript and jQuery

Job Description :

Strong skillset in C#, .Net ,SSIS, MS SQL Server, Good to have knowledge on Databricks on Azure , EMR on AWS .[preferred candidates who worked on development projects at least 1.5 Yr.]

Candidate should be willing to work in night shifts in India and should be flexible across different shifts & weekend on call support.

Daily Production support tasks-Picking up incidents in Service Now, acknowledging, and responding with proper updates and determine solution.

Communicating to User with clear details in mail and Service Now/Jira for assigned incidents.

Consider looking at ways to decrease ticket volume by streamlining work processes, documentation, or development modifications to the application.
Strong Debugging skills to identify the RCA and providing permanent fixes for the applications assigned.
Developing Automation tools and Enhancement of existing process/ system/ manual tasks on applications assigned.
Continue to study and review systems to improve their understanding of them.
