The Analytics Center of Excellence:
Our Analytics Center of Excellence (Analytics COE) harnesses our global healthcare insights, working closely with our clinical and therapeutic experts to power evidence-driven design, speed site activation and recruit the right patients, faster. We’re using big data and advanced analytics to derive insights that transform clinical development and bring new medicines to patients faster through successful trial delivery.

Product Manager - The Role
In the role of Product Manager, you will work closely with other PMs within the portfolio to execute on the product vision delivering incremental value to users. You will work with UX professionals, users, engineers and SMEs to deliver highly-anticipated functionality to support the day-to-day operations of IQVIA
Your duties will include shaping and prioritizing the product backlog, crafting user stories, and making certain the product aligns with customer and stakeholder needs. Additionally, you'll assess product functionality, feedback, and market shifts to spot and act on chances for advancement and innovation
Essential functions:
- Builds a roadmap that delivers incremental value and leads to the achievement of well-defined business objectives
- Develops strong relationships earning the trust and respect of stakeholders and engineers
- Contributes to product strategy and evaluates trade-offs based on a firm grasp of business and market pressures
- Applies the product management toolbox driving a product-led approach to prioritization and solutioning
- Leads product discovery work driving increased predictability and ROI for development work
- Ensures the product is robust and well-supported
- Supports launch plans, product marketing, and product sales through coordination, documentation and presentations
- Self-manages workload and performs most responsibilities independently based on well-defined goals
Qualifications:
- +2 years as Product Manager
- +5 years of experience in similar roles
- Experience with life sciences/clinical research

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $129,000.00 - $215,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
