Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate close of book including AR and banking related accounts.
Be responsible for invoice billing to customers.
Analysis of monthly AR status and billing status. Perform AR tracking on weekly basis and report forecast to APAC.
Communicate/collaborate with business to ensure timely cash collection and accurate invoice billing.
Participate in automation related projects related to AR /billing / other revenue related items.
Prepare bad debt related analysis and entries during month end closing.
Ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
Bachelor's and above degree in Finance areas.
1 year’s experience in accounting.
Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Technical accounting skills.
Good analytical and numeracy skills.
Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
