The Analytics Center of Excellence:

Our Analytics Center of Excellence (Analytics COE) harnesses our global healthcare insights, working closely with our clinical and therapeutic experts to power evidence-driven design, speed site activation and recruit the right patients, faster. We’re using big data and advanced analytics to derive insights that transform clinical development and bring new medicines to patients faster through successful trial delivery.

Associate Product Manager - The Role

As an Associate Product Manager, you will join a dynamic team of product managers, designers, and engineers who are working on innovative solutions for the healthcare industry. You will support the product goals with ongoing product activities, such as conducting product discovery, collaborating with UX professionals, gathering and analyzing product data, refining user stories, and more.  

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong interest in product development, a user-centric mindset, and excellent communication skills. You should also have some experience or education in product management, design, engineering, or a related field. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and adapt to changing priorities and feedback. You should be eager to learn new tools and techniques, and apply them to your projects. 

Essential functions: 

  • Works collaboratively with users, designers and engineers to solution features and slice work into vertical stories 
  • Ensures stories collectively result in useable software that meets the needs of the users 
  • Evaluates and prioritize scope trade-offs as new work emerges 
  • Reviews development work for quality and completeness 
  • Facilitates effective defect management 
  • Communicates status and manages stakeholder expectations when required 
  • Contributes to product discovery work 
  • Completes assigned tasks and performs most responsibilities semi-independently 

Qualifications:

  • +3 years in related roles

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $106,500.00 - $177,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
