Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong expertise in custom development using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes).

In-depth experience with front-end development using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. Knowledge of Visualforce is also required.

Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling.

Solid experience with web services and API integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).

Platform Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including governor limits, security models, and deployment strategies.

Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).

Certifications:

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is desirable.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II is desirable.

Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

DevOps: Familiarity with source control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Application Architect, System Architect).

Experience with Salesforce DX and scratch org development.

Knowledge of specific clouds like CPQ, Field Service Lightning (FSL), or Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

Experience with large data volumes and performance tuning.
