•IQVIAの戦略コンサルティング部門としてヘルスケア・ライフサイエンス業界の変革テーマを扱うチーム

•クライアントは製薬企業を中心に、医療機器メーカー、コンシューマーヘルス企業、投資ファンドなど多岐にわたる

•カバーするテーマは、革新的新薬の研究開発からコマーシャライゼーションまでの各フェーズにおける戦略立案、組織最適化、AI含めたソリューション構想策定

•ライフサイエンス関連企業の全社/成長戦略、事業ポートフォリオ戦略、M&A/LA、海外進出/日本参入戦略などの経営戦略立案テーマ

•営業組織改革支援、営業チャネル最適化などの業務プロセス改善テーマ

•社内テクノロジーチームとの協業による業務改革ソリューション構想策定・実装支援などのデジタルテーマ

•ライフサイエンス領域における高い専門性を有し、IQVIA国内外のデータプラットフォーム、デジタルアセット、専門人材を活用しながらクライアントの課題解決を支援

業務内容

・製薬企業を中心としたライフサイエンス業界の課題解決や業務遂行をプロジェクトベースで支援

・ライフサイエンス業界に専門特化した豊富なアナリティクス・業務支援の経験値に基づき、業界のゴールドスタンダードとなりうる革新的ソリューションを開発・展開

・IQVIAグローバルにて開発したビジネスアナリティクス関連ソリューションの日本市場への導入と展開

役割への期待値

・新規案件創出のためのクライアント開拓・テーマ開拓を自発的に行い、ビジネス創出をリードする

・複数のProject全体をリードし、Manager/Senior Consultantと協働し、Deliveryの期日・品質・コストのコントロールを行う

•コンサルティングファームにおいて、戦略コンサル経験を有する方

•ライフサイエンス企業/ヘルスケア関連企業における、アナリティクス関連、ソリューション関連、デジタルトランスフォーメーション関連のコンサルテーションやソリューション導入等を通し、幅広く業界の変革に貢献したい方

•IQVIAのアセットやケーパビリティを活かしつつ、自身の専門領域におけるコンサルティングビジネスを立上げ、リードしていきたいという意欲のある方

語学力
