Communication Liaison is a group of interpreters and translators with experience and understanding of clinical trials. The group responds to various requests, mainly from R&DS, and provides translation, interpretation and other communication-related services with the aim of facilitating the smooth conduct of clinical trial projects and other events.

- Interpreting for internal and external meetings related to clinical trial projects
- Interpreting for internal management meetings and internal events (e.g. town hall meetings)
- Interpreting for medical institutions for training and other events
- Interpreting for overseas clients visiting Japan
- Translation and review of study-related documents and correspondence
- Translation and review of internal documents
- Providing English training for R&DS staff
- Communicate the Japanese clinical trial environment/culture to IQVIA Global.
