Als Health & Proof Solutions Division mit Sitz in Singen spezialisieren wir uns auf maßgeschneiderte Softwarelösungen zur Integration in bestehende Systeme, insbesondere für den Gesundheitsmarkt sowie die Pharma- und Druckindustrie. Wir entwickeln individuelle Softwareprodukte und -komponenten zur Integration in bestehende Systeme – maßgeschneidert und spezifisch für einzelne Branchen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Übernahme des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports an unserer technischen Hotline
• Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Geschäftskunden bei Störungen
• Ermittlung schneller und effizienter Lösungen im Team
• Dokumentation aller Vorfälle in unserem Ticketsystem
• Übernahme der Installation und Konfiguration von Laptops, Druckern, Kartenlesern, Konnektoren und anderen Hardwaregeräten, um eine reibungslose Nutzung für unsere Kunden zu gewährleisten
• Verantwortlich für Tests, Problemanalysen und Qualitätssicherung unserer Hardwareprodukte, um höchste Standards zu gewährleisten
• Gelegentliche Vor-Ort-Besuche in Krankenhäusern zur Ersetzung oder Installation neuer Geräte nach Vereinbarung
• Installation von Software auf verschiedenen Geräten und Sicherstellung, dass unsere Kunden stets mit den neuesten Anwendungen ausgestattet sind

Ihre Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.B. als IT-Techniker, IT-Administrator oder Elektrotechniker
• Führerschein der Klasse B
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit zwischen 07:00 und 23:00 Uhr, einschließlich Bereitschaftsdienst an Wochenenden
• Gutes technisches Verständnis und starke Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
• Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit sowie selbstständigem und strukturiertem Arbeiten
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Kommunikationsfähigkeit erforderlich
• Kenntnisse im Bereich der Telematik-Infrastruktur wünschenswert

As the Health & Proof Solutions division based in Singen, we specialize in customized software solutions for integration into existing systems, specifically for the healthcare market as well as the pharmaceutical and printing industries. We develop individual software products and components for integration into existing systems – tailored and specific to individual industries.

Your Tasks

• Take over 1st and 2nd level support on our technical hotline
• Be the first point of contact for our business customers in case of disruptions
• Determine quick and efficient solutions within the team
• Document all incidents in our ticket system
• Take over the installation and configuration of laptops, printers, card readers, connectors, and other hardware devices to ensure smooth usage for our customers
• Responsible for testing, problem analysis, and quality assurance of our hardware products to ensure the highest standards
• Occasionally conduct on-site visits in hospitals to replace or install new devices as agreed
• Install software on various devices and ensure that our customers are always equipped with the latest applications

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed technical training, e.g., as an IT technician, IT administrator, or electrical technician
• Class B driver's license
• Ability to work in shifts between 07:00 and 23:00, including on-call duty on weekends
• Good understanding of technology and a strong customer and service orientation
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently and in a structured manner
• Good knowledge and communication of German is required
• Knowledge in the telematics infrastructure environment is desirable
