Job Overview

Preparemonthly forecast and annual budgeting, analyzethe variancebetween actual and forecast/budget. To support internal users in optimizing their contributions as well as proactively providing concepts and process improvements to sustain and develop profitability and value.

Essential Functions

• Undertake financial analysis of key data for assigned issues and areas using a variety of reporting tools to compare actual performance with forecasts and budgets and provide management with information of trends and results to enable corrective action to be taken.
• Prepare monthly rolling forecast, understand key drivers of performance and forecast variations to meet monthly apac/corporate requirements.
• Participate in coordination, development, consolidation and completion of annual budget.
• Work in partnership with team member to prepare routine analytical reviews of the company financial and business performance.
• Perform analytical processes, and support to deliver financial information to executive/business team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in FP&A or similar area
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business management etc.
• Knowledge of finance systems such as SAP, Hyperion.
• Strong logic and analytical thinking, number sensitive.
• Self-motivated and performance driven.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
