Job Overview
This individual will utilize strong analytical skills and project management expertise to organize systems set up, financial tracking and reporting, and coordination of services. Additionally, execution of the responsibilities of this job may have broad financial and operational impact on the company’s strategic partnerships. Decisions are subject to strategic guidance from management.

Essential Functions
• Manages reporting systems focused on contracted financial and service oriented areas. This encompasses both hard and soft performance measures and is captured in dashboards/scorecards. Responsibility is for defined partnerships but also the methodology/process of performance management for the Alliance Management team.
• Manages financial accounting/approval/reconciliation process within the partnership. Works with Finance and Alliance Manager to ensure effective & timely process for financial reporting.
• Liaisons with staff responsible for delivery of specific IQVIA services to develop project management systems and processes across internal and external contacts.
• Assists in the development of programs to maximize the organization’s growth and profitability.
• Efficiently organizes resources across broad platform of internal and external participants. Acts as the representative for the Alliance Management function to co-ordinate marketing of the service, communication plan and reporting to stakeholders as directed by Alliance Manager.
• Contributes to organization objectives and long-range plans to achieve growth and financial profitability through effective integration of internal and external resources. Coordination of IT resources or other lines of business to support defined Alliances and customer relationships.
• Recommends objectives and long-range plans to achieve stated partnership goals and objectives and create long-term business partnerships for assigned project(s). Analysis of trends, best practice and learning across the Alliance Management Portfolio.
• Acts as a secondary point of contact for partner and company resources on IQVIA strategic alliances.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Life Science or Business Management Req
• 7 years related experience Req Or
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience Req
• Dedication to partner and customer service, ability to influence and build customer relationships
• Effective and open communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong demonstrated ability to deliver results with regards to quality and timeline metrics
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Understanding of financial principles
• Skilled in gathering, interpreting, and reporting complex market data
• Sound understanding of alliance tools and processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational, planning, project management skills
