We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as the Angels Initiative RES-Q Liaison/Global Strategic Partnership Manager. In this role, you will be the key link between the Angels and Res-Q teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Your work will directly contribute to improving stroke care quality globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaison and Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the Angels and Res-Q teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Task Translation and Implementation: Translate the needs of the Angels team into actionable tasks for the Res-Q development team and support the implementation of solutions.
• Training and Support: Provide tools, training, and support to the Angels team for data-driven decision-making and quality monitoring.
• Promotion and Representation: Develop communication strategies, create promotional materials, and represent RES-Q at conferences to increase hospital participation.
• User Engagement: Respond to user queries, organize workshops, and prepare newsletters for users and stakeholders.
• Coordination and Reporting: Strengthen cooperation with National Coordinators, coordinate RES-Q EMS activities, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Contract and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Management: Coordinate contracts and Memorandums of Understanding with lawyers and stakeholders.
• Meeting and Feature Management: Summon and coordinate RES-Q meetings, monitor and communicate newly released features, and support further development and strategies of the RES-Q.
• Regional Focus: Strengthen literacy on RES-Q in the Czech Republic and cooperate with Slovakia and Thailand registries.
• Dissemination Leadership: Fulfill the BI role for RES-Q+ WP8 Dissemination Leader, including coordination and planning of promotional material and events.
• Supervision: Supervise a subordinate colleague for technical and promotional support work.

• Experience in partnership management and relationship building.
• Strong analytical skills and a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with quality monitoring and certification processes.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in registry design, data analytics, and scientific publication.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Advanced level of English and another language is preferred
