Job Overview
They are responsible for the operational support of the respective Key Accounts Managers to ensure the overall successful management of the assigned accounts and an optimal client satisfaction.
Essential Functions
• Quality control of Statements of Work
• Support for Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)
• Management of Salesforce.com CRM tool, budgeting/forecasting, and ongoing training for employees
• Market and company research updates, maintain lists, & update competitive profiles
• Help with strategic account planning
• Meeting preparation and conference support (webex & deck support)
• Coordinate with client contacts and admins and maintain relationships
• Create new templates for GTM needs (business reviews, sales decks & proposals)
• Maintain standards for templates, marketing decks and client facing documents
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Completed Commercial apprenticeship, 2-3 year experience in an Administrative position would be of advantage
• Finance/Sales Operations background is preferred
• Strong Excel knowledge
• SAP and SFDC or any other CRM system knowledge is a benefit
• Very good team player
• Flexibility and willingness to join a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
