Position Purpose:

We are recruiting an awesome team of German language speakers to join us as a Data Officer in our Coding Medical Team based in Madrid. If you want to play a role in a multicultural, dynamic and committed team and get experience in the growing area of Coding Medical Data this is a great opportunity.

Your Responsibilities:

• Update reference databases with new Medical Presciption and changes in different platforms
•  Identify required changes to the existing reference file.
• Work together with Local offices to identify when and how to correct inaccurate data, delete data, or add new entries to make the reference files more complete.
• Clasify, Identify and coding documents bwteen Medical prescription and Invoivces
• Perform quality control of maintained data and apply corrections as required.
• Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.

Skills & other requirements;

• Vocational Trainee or similar
• Relevant work experience with databases 
• Familiarity with Data Bases
• High level of German
• Good attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with deadlines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Work Place: 100% Office based
• Work Schedule ( From 7 :00AM to 15:00PM or 08:00AM to 16:00PM with 30 minutes for break
