Integrated Research

We focus on listening to the customer and patient voice in multi-country studies for international pharmaceutical companies. Our team focuses on exploring and measuring what Health Care Professionals and patients say and do using different behavioural frameworks to deliver actionable insights and clear answers to our clients’ business questions. We typically use IQVIA data to contextualise our research and collaborate with other IQVIA teams to provide our clients with comprehensive solutions to their business issues.

The Role

In this role, you’ll be providing in-depth behavioural science expertise and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects with high client satisfaction. We need insightful, detail-oriented people that can provide behavioural science expertise, identify and elevate new business opportunities and assist in sales, so we can work with our clients to make a difference in the life science industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Feeding deep behavioural science expertise into the design, analysis and delivery of projects with HCPs and patients
• Providing direction and guidance to analysts, consultants and senior team members on how to utilise behavioural science theory and approaches, recommending improvements and alternative solutions to existing methods used
• Reviewing and analysing client issues and performing qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop solutions which will drive behaviour change
• Leading project management and delivery; incorporating behavioural science approaches and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
• Developing and presenting detailed documentation, client reports and presentations, and providing client follow-ups which incorporate behavioural science and translate complex behavioural theory into understandable and actionable outputs
• Identifying new business opportunities for follow-on work and new leads
• Developing your knowledge of consulting methodologies, the life sciences market, and Centre of Excellence-specific expertise through on-the-job experience and training
• Managing timelines and day-to-day communication with the client and your team members

Who You Are

• A solid academic foundation in health psychology by tangible experience of the application of behavioural theory and behavioural change techniques / psychological approaches to intervention design and delivery, in both an academic and commercial setting
• Demonstrable health and behavioural science research experience
• Flexible and pragmatic to help bridge the gap between academic therapy and real world, commercial application
• Project management experience with client-influencing and relationship-building skills and ability to work across multiple, different projects and opportunities with competing demands
• Experienced in developing relationships with senior roles at our client organisations
• Knowledgeable of developments in the life science industry
• Excellent at presenting and communicating
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in life science or healthcare consulting
