BIOAXIS Healthcare, an IQVIA business, the largest company that specializes in the provision of high-quality Patient Education and Care Services, through patient support programs, is seeking for a Healthcare Professional Network Supervisor, for its offices in Neo Heraklion, Attica.

Position Description

Training and Support

• Organize and train Healthcare Professional Agents, Nurse Network and Staff, regarding medical products and drugs
• Conduct annual training seminars in cooperation with pharmaceutical companies
• Prepare educational material
• Support Healthcare Professional Agents, Nurse Network and Staff regarding issues with specific drugs
• Education and support of patients with chronic diseases, for the correct administration of medication within the framework of patient support programs 
• Registration and organization of all data 
• Adherence to health protocols and compliance with the policy of the Health Professionals Network and company procedures 
• Communication with colleagues to take over the incidents 

Management and Supervision

• Managing the swift schedule of Healthcare Professional Agents
• Ensure of high quality of patient support services

Patient Support Program Administration

• Build and maintain knowledge base for cross-functionals teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize PSP’s effectiveness

Qualifications required

• Degree of AEI/ATEI in Nursing
• Previous experience in a relevant field
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English
• Driving License
