A leading pharmaceutical company committed to improving health and well-being through innovative products and services. We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Regulatory Manager to join our team in Senegal and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all products and operations comply with local, regional, and international regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards and changes in legislation.
Documentation and Submission:
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents to health authorities.
- Manage the registration and approval process for new products.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure product safety and efficacy.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate regulatory risks associated with product development and distribution.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and issues.
Training and Development:
- Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to ensure continuous improvement.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on regulatory status and compliance.
- Utilize data analytics to inform regulatory strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of local and international regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
