Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in key accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategic plans.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across the region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
Market Research:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand local demand, competition, and emerging trends.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights for business strategies.
Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Reporting and Forecasting:
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management on market conditions, customer needs, and sales performance.
- Utilize data analytics to predict market trends and inform decision-making.
Compliance:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with trade regulations, local and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Product Display and Merchandising:
- Ensure products are well displayed and merchandised to maximize visibility and sales.
- Work with marketing teams to develop effective merchandising strategies.
Data and Claims Management:
- Coordinate with distributors to provide timely distributor claims inputs.
- Compile distributor claims reports and ensure accuracy.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to management on claims performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and market research.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards.
