Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in key accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategic plans.

Client Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across the region.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.

Market Research:

• Conduct in-depth market research to understand local demand, competition, and emerging trends.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights for business strategies.

Sales Targets:

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Reporting and Forecasting:

• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management on market conditions, customer needs, and sales performance.
• Utilize data analytics to predict market trends and inform decision-making.

Compliance:

• Ensure all sales activities comply with trade regulations, local and company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Product Display and Merchandising:

• Ensure products are well displayed and merchandised to maximize visibility and sales.
• Work with marketing teams to develop effective merchandising strategies.

Data and Claims Management:

• Coordinate with distributors to provide timely distributor claims inputs.
• Compile distributor claims reports and ensure accuracy.
• Provide regular reports and forecasts to management on claims performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and market research.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards.
