Job Overview

Assists in creation and validation of the project scope, plan and schedules for complex projects and programs; helps define metrics for project success; selects and applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).

Essential Functions

•Assists in creation and validation of the project scope, plan and schedules for complex projects and programs; helps define metrics for project success; selects and applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).

•Acts as single point of contact for E-E operational management and communication with clients and relevant stakeholders.

•7-9 years’ experience in projects management (Pharmaceutical Field)

•Aware of pharma companies and MOH structures and related logistics

•Identifies risks to program success and recommends mitigation plans to management.

•Manages project delivery process, scope, and costs of complex product development projects with limited supervision, drives completion of the project and mentors other team members.

•Establishes relationships with stakeholders to build support and ensures alignment for project outcomes.

•Drives change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization, and contributing to development of training.

•Evaluates project results against success metrics; creates or reengineers processes and resources to improve productivity and end product.

•Coaches the team on Scrum and Agile best practices.

•Delivers established team reporting and guidance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, a related field, or equivalent experience
