We are looking for a passionate and talented Application Specialist / Technical Support (m/f/d) to complement our dedicated team.

Your tasks:

• Provides information technology support across a range of products and platforms.
• Provides a broad range of information technology support activities on multi-platform environments.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates break/fix resolutions in regards to different systems operations and networking activity.
• Develops solutions to complex problems with little or no intervention from immediate manager or team leader.
• Organizes and sets priorities of workload within group.
• Substitutes for the manager as requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Computer-related field preferred Req
• Three (3) years of related experience Req
• Working knowledge on the following platforms: UNIX, Windows
• Experience in working with relational databases: MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL
• Strong analytical skills, a customer service orientation, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and applications and to provide this knowledge to others.
• Ability to deal with employees at all levels within the company and customer location.
• Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems.
