IQVIA is looking for a Supplier Services Coordinator.

As a Supplier Services coordinator, you will support the data collection and data management. Manage relationships with data suppliers to deliver agreed data and provide agreed services to data suppliers.

JOB OVERVIEW
As a team member, you will be responsible for data suppliers account management in order to secure data collection for IQVIA.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensures the data acquisition on a regular basis.
  • Promotes suppliers participation in syndicated, on-going panels based on established standards for recruiting, reporting and sample designed for all assigned panel segments
  • Works closely with data suppliers to address data supply issues, resolve discrepancies and improve data accuracy.
  • Responds to routine queries from internal and external stakeholders and refers non-routine queries to manager.
  • Ensures adherence to all relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Supports negotiations with data suppliers

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Experience

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience within wholeselers, pharmacy chains or other pharma industry experience.

Knowledge & Education

  • University diploma or equivalent
  • Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
  • Experience with IQVIA core products is an advantage

Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation and servicing skills
  • Strong customer account management skils
  • Effective interpersonal skills, ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters
  • Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems
  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism and possesses a high degree of initiative
