Regional CEE Primary Market Research (PMR) team provides the support in quantitative market research studies with Healthcare Professionals and patients/customers at every stage of the project – from proposal development to final results delivery. The team is based in Poland, but as part of a wider regional team as well as due to the international projects, all the work is in English.

Role: hybrid

Role Summary:
You will work closely with the regional team, taking ownership of assigned tasks, and helping with the planning and implementation of research projects. This includes day-to-day project management, delivering analysis, developing actionable insights, and creating effective presentations with a high level of autonomy.
Aligned with the Poland-based CEE Regional PMR Team, you will support projects across Central and Eastern Europe. Minimal travel may be required.
Working with colleagues and clients, you will help implement the best approaches to meet project objectives and client business needs, within deadlines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the CEE Regional Primary Market Research team, your responsibilities will include:
1. Coordination of Regional Research Projects:
- Designing questionnaires and other research materials
- Coordinating project teams
- Overseeing fieldwork by external suppliers to ensure timely completion
- Proactively addressing issues and recommending solutions
- Analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and summarizing recommendations
- Preparing and presenting reports to clients
2. Involvement in Regional Sales Activities:
- Participating in client briefings and consultations
- Proposing methodological solutions and samples for research projects
- Developing offers and price quotations
- Preparing sales materials
3. Participation in tasks aiming at new offering development
Skills, Education and Experience Required:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a market research agency, focusing on quantitative projects (qualitative is a plus). Pharma industry experience is highly desirable.
- Experience managing complex, regional projects for international clients.
- Proven ability to manage clients on day-to-day project tasks.
- Strong track record of coordinating project teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of the market research life-cycle.
- Strong analytical skills, including data input, manipulation, and interpretation.
- Solid experience in writing presentations and crafting compelling stories.
- Excellent planning, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Collaborative and effective team player.
- Fluency in English (C1).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SPSS is a plus.
- Ability to provide sound judgment and actionable solutions.
- Keen interest in the evolving healthcare industry
