This is a 12 month fixed term contract

This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Job Overview:Are you ready to take on a thrilling challenge in the world of clinical research? As a Line Manager, you'll be at the heart of managing multiple global projects, working closely with clients, and driving strategic decisions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves making an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Line Management of CRAs
Drive revenue recognition for all projects in your portfolio.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and collaborate with operational teams.
Review and forecast customer requirements.
Prepare for and attend monthly reviews, defending financial performance.
Partner with the Operational Excellence Lead and Model Alliance Lead.
Support business review deliverables and global finance reporting needs.
Share key finance results and messages during operational reviews.
Act as the main point of contact for customer counterparts.
Ensure timely invoice payments and resolve aged debt issues.
Lead initiatives to improve processes and provide training to operational teams.
Take on additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
Experience in a CRO or Pharma in a project management capacity.
Experience in leading a team.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with a keen eye for detail.
Positive attitude and ability to interact with all levels of staff.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Peoplesoft is a plus.
Eager to work in a flexible and challenging environment.
People management experience is an advantage.
