We are looking for a talented and motivated candidate for a Country Lead, Baltic Cluster position to join our growing regional team in East Europe.
The role will be based in Vilnius, Lithuania or Riga, Latvia.
The Country Lead will be responsible for full P&L, revenue growth across the Baltic region by leveraging full IQVIA portfolio and identifying new business opportunities in the area of consulting, technology, information and Payer Provider Services working together with IQVIA regional team. She or he will also be responsible for relations development and stakeholder management to major clients, government authorities, associations and partners. Role cover also co-ordination of engagement, sales, business & service lines at a regional level to ensure effective execution against client needs and IQVIA revenue targets.
Key accountabilities:
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within assigned accounts
Manage the overall relationship to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with product and service offering
Actively promote the full IQVIA portfolio of products and services to anticipate and meet client needs
Understand key priorities of the clients and manage the effective communication of their Business needs and issues within IQVIA
Understand client and corporate / government needs at country level and manage multiple priorities and complex relationships
Develop strategy for expanding scope of existing services, contracts and partnerships identifying new Business and win back opportunities
Identify and lead the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities within assigned accounts
Lead negotiations in renewing multi-year contracts within assigned accounts
Develop and execute accounts plans and monitor progress
Adjust plans accordingly to consider new IQVIA product and services as well as significant changes to business conditions
Develop new offering and services
Key requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Management
7+ years sales experience in the pharma industry on the local market
Proven track record in identifying and developing sales leads / marketing
Fluency in both English and local language
Entrepreneurial mindset with solid business leadership
Excellent local industry awareness including Health Care system and Digital Health,
Ability to influence others both internally and externally
Team player, ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and prioritize activities
High level of integrity, business ethics and self confidence
