Job Description

Job Overview
• 약제비 지원(환급) 및 환자교육 프로그램(질환, 투여방법 등) 운영 부서
• Conduct training for healthcare professionals(HCPs) in hospitals based on the client needs
• Develop, coordinate, and implement projects in line with the project scope and defined project plan, in coordination with the customer
• Prepare proposals for Patient Support Programs (PSPs)
• Develop technical solutions to support PSPs

Essential Functions
• Solid understanding of the Healthcare environment, related treatment framework and hospitals
• Flexibility regarding working hours and geographical coverage
• Effective communication and influence to motivate and promote cooperation
• Build trusting relationships with project stakeholders and support functions
• Supervise and manage team members handling PSPs

Qualifications
• 9+ years of experience in Nursing, CRC, Business and Client Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in People Management (preferred)
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare service vendor (preferred)
• Responsible for achieving qualitative and quantitative targets and objectives of the project
• Understanding of Patient Support Programs with technology solutions (preferred)
• Active involvement in project development, coordination, and implementation
• Close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
