Job Overview:

As an HR Business Partner, you will:

• Provide support and guidance to less experienced HR team members.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR programs in your assigned geography or business line.
• Offer HR support to employees and management across service areas, business units, or departments.
• Provide expertise, support, and advice to management teams locally, regionally, globally, or by function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with HR specialist functions and Centers of Excellence.
• Support line managers with new employee orientation.
• Conduct reviews and propose recommendations on employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior HR team members on local and global HR initiatives.
• Assist with organizational effectiveness and change management efforts.
• Provide reports and analyses for senior management.
• Support the recruitment and selection process.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as an HRBP
• Knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation.
• Employee relation experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS applications.
• Advanced English Level
