Do you want to be part of moving healthcare further at IQVIA Nordics? Come and join our team in Solna, Sweden. We are looking for a full-time employment as a Technical Account Manager in the Client Service team.
Technical Account Manager (TAM)
The TAM's work with existing clients on the Healthcare database to explain the data and its offerings, advice and guide. In addition to the Nordic Service desk that assists end users and works with investigating support issues, TAM's are the main contact person for clients. The TAM collaborates closely with the Nordic team of database functions to respond and find solutions for the clients. The purpose of the role is to maintain a high level of customer service to facilitate a positive long-term relationship with our clients and assure that we make things run smoothly for our database clients.
Maintaining and building relationships with one’s accounts is done by regular client contacts to pick up questions and concerns. By sharing knowledge on the solutions, the TAM communicates the value and best use of products clients currently subscribe to. In this role you will need to learn some technical skills necessary to answer client queries, deliver trainings, manage escalations, and coordinate requests internally. The role also includes responding and picking up opportunities for related data and services. Discussing new request include advising and guiding clients for solutions to meet their needs in the best way as well as setting realistic client expectations.
Key areas of responsibilities
Answer questions from clients on current and new deliveries within the Healthcare database.
Proactive client contacts
Perform or coordinate analysis in order to respond to client requests and inquiries.
Perform customized client trainings and demos in current Healthcare data
Some administrative tasks such as noting down your client contact names, create opportunities and report internally on projects, tasks etc.

Willingness to learn new solutions, tools, processes
Fluent Swedish and English language skills are mandatory.
Service experience. Good at collaboration and coordination with different kind of customers and stakeholders. You need to have social skills, experience in communicate with clients over phone, in emails and be comfortable in presenting at meetings and perform trainings.
Organizational skills
Technical skills, Microsoft office package
Team player, flexible

Fluent in Finnish is highly meriting
Some business travel may be required
