Job Overview
Review, assess and process Safety data and information, across service lines, received from various sources and distribute reports/data onwards to both internal and external third parties following applicable regulations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal guidelines under guidance and support of senior operation team members.
Under guidance, performs data analytics activities related to complex business problems and issues to provide insight to decision makers.
Essential Functions
- Support and maintain existing Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Assist in the development and improvement of Excel VBA tools for automation and process optimization.
- Manage Power Query queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Provide support in maintaining and enhancing Power Apps applications, ensuring user-friendly and functional solutions.
- Perform data analysis to generate business insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
- Validate and test tools, dashboards, and reports, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting and tools.
- Act as a backup resource to ensure operational continuity during planned or unplanned absences of the primary analyst.
- To Prioritize and complete the assigned trainings on time and acknowledge all necessary IQVIA standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer SOPs.
- 100% compliance towards all people practices and processes.
- Ensure to meet quality standards, productivity and compliance per project requirements.
- Liaise with different functional team members, e.g. project management, clinical, data management health care professionals e.g. investigators, medical monitors, site coordinators and designees to address project related issues.
- To mentor new teams members, if assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed, in life sciences or Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Programming will be highly valued.
- Power BI: Report creation, DAX measures, visual optimization. (Intermediate level)
- Excel (Advanced): VBA macros, advanced formulas, data automation. (Intermediate level)
- Power Query: Data connections, transformations, and query optimization. (Intermediate level)
- Power Apps: App creation, patching data, user interface adjustments. (Intermediate level)
- Data Analysis: Data structuring, trend analysis, KPI monitoring. (Intermediate level)
- 1 year with previous experience in data management (desirable)
- Advanced level of English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and time management.
