We are excited to announce that currently we are looking for an Associate Director of Nurse Educators to join our team of over 10,000 global field personnel supporting our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

The Associate Nurse Director serves as the key point of contact and direct supervisor for the clinical nurse educators. This position is instrumental in supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical education services by ensuring the team is well-equipped with the necessary resources, operational infrastructure, and guidance. The Associate Director will spend 80% of their time supporting program initiatives, including team oversight, field quality assessments, and compliance reviews. The remaining 20% will focus on administrative duties such as planning, reporting, and program development. This role also includes contributing to the design of the program, participating in leadership meetings, supporting training initiatives, and performing other essential managerial responsibilities.

Education / Licensure:

· Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.

· Master’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred.

· Active and unrestricted RN license.

Experience:

· Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related healthcare field.

· Proven track record of overseeing clinical field staff, developing program strategies, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

· Experience in training and mentoring clinical teams is highly valued.

Role Responsibilities:

· Serve as the direct supervisor and primary point of contact for clinical nurse educators.

· Ensure nurse educators have the appropriate resources, training, and operational support to perform their duties effectively.

· Conduct quarterly field rides to assess service quality, compliance, and adherence to program standards.

· Support the development and delivery of training initiatives to enhance staff competencies.

· Contribute to program design and strategic planning efforts.

· Facilitate meetings, provide regular progress updates, and address team concerns in a timely manner.

· Oversee operational management staff to ensure alignment with program objectives.

· Develop and implement policies and procedures that maintain high levels of compliance and quality care.

· Analyze program data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulatory guidelines at all times.

· Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, trends, and changes in relevant regulations.

· Participate in leadership meetings to offer insights and recommendations for program growth and enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills:

§ Strong clinical nursing background with a focus on education, management, or pharmaceutical field operations.

§ Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth.

§ Effective communicator who can articulate program goals, challenges, and successes to internal and external stakeholders.

§ Proficiency in using data and metrics to evaluate program performance.

§ Commitment to maintaining a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Time Allocation:

· 80% Program Support: Field assessments, training, meetings, program design, and team supervision.

· 20% Administrative Work: Reporting, planning, and operational oversight.

· 25%-50% Travel Required.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to travel regularly, including quarterly field rides and occasional meetings or trainings.

· Capability to sit or stand for extended periods, use a computer and standard office equipment, and perform light physical activity associated with field assessments.

The potential base pay range for this role is $145,000-$155,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
