Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Ghana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide product information and training to healthcare professionals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
Attend medical conferences and industry events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
