Clinical Training Lead - Manager/Associate Director(Remote)

This role is aligned with IQVIA’s Centralize Outsourcing Operations Hub (COOH) team. The Clinical Training Manager or Associate Director will be responsible for the development and implementation of learning programs for clinical-based roles with patients and healthcare providers in both the field-based and virtual settings. With limited guidance, this role will provide expertise to support training initiatives. This individual will need to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to ensure the delivery of business results.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and delivery of aligned training, as well as, foundational and advanced clinical skills training supporting both patients and healthcare providers
- Function as a subject matter expert and deliver on all aspects of training (home study, live, and virtual) programs leveraging adult leaning principles, including but not limited to the following: agenda creation and revisions, new hire on-boarding content, training communications, engagement skills training, compilation/creation of master slide decks, coordination of presenters for live and virtual training events/POAs, development of workshops, leader guides and train-the-trainer events, and reinforcement training activities
- Consults and collaborates with client medical, commercial, and regulatory leadership, as well as IQVIA program leadership, to identify training needs/gaps and design and deliver training that enhances team effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited College or University required
- Active and Unrestricted RN license required
- At least five (5) years’ clinical experience required
- At least 2-years’ experience as a Clinical Trainer, Clinical Nurse Educator, or Patient Ambassador required
- Experience with common lab testing and diagnostics (ECG, OCT, ECHO, PFT and genetics) preferred
- Infusion experience preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Experience in remote/virtual pharmaceutical Call Center providing patient education and support preferred

- Ability to travel: 25%

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $101,600.00 - $188,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
