The Data processor manage relationships with various suppliers to deliver agreed upon data. Ensures supplier data quality meets standards and established expectations and consults with suppliers to provide and sell-back insights gained from supplied content.

Responsibilities

•Leads the data supplier customers to use information services and identifies business development opportunities.

•Builds and maintains positive relationships with customers of IQVIA information and serves as their day-to-day contact.

•Gathers requirements, develops custom reports, positions the appropriate use of IQVIA information and provides applications training.

•Performs mathematical (or statistical) data analysis to develop customer specific solutions to unique business challenges faced by our data supplier partners.

•Delivers information services for a set of data supplier customers.

•Validates data deliverables to clients.

•Ensures that deliverables meet customer specifications including timeliness and quality.

•Facilitates meetings and presentations of IQVIA information for data supplier customers.

•Mentors less experienced analysts.

•Contributes pre-contract negotiation support as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
• Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to one’s functional area.
• Knowledge of current events and developments within an industry and major competitors.
• Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace.
• Knowledge of professional/trade associations, key people and companies.
• Effective time management skills.
