About the Role: As our Customer Business Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our brand's success within the grocery sector. You'll develop and implement growth plans that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our brands shine both online and in-store. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop business through multiple and regional accounts, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. 
  • Mentor and Guide: Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. 
  • Collaborative Planning: Work closely with our brand team to create and execute joint business plans that maximize opportunities. 
  • Performance Excellence: Achieve sales and profitability targets, leveraging business analytics and category insights. 
  • Negotiation Mastery: Own cost price increase negotiations, ensuring optimal outcomes for both our company and customers. 
  • Market Savvy: Monitor competitor activity and market trends, adapting strategies to stay ahead. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Leader: Minimum of 3-5 years of National Account Management experience in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Relationship Builder: Demonstrable experience working with major grocery retailers and building multi-level relationships. 
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong understanding of category management principles and financial measures that drive performance. 
  • Analytical Mind: Ability to interpret sales data and forecast trends to make informed decisions. 
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to create impactful presentations. 
  • Mentorship Skills: Experience in mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their full potential.
