Job Description :

Strong skillset in C#,  .Net ,SSIS, MS SQL Server, Good to have knowledge on Databricks on Azure , EMR on AWS .[preferred candidates who worked on development projects at least 1.5 Yr.]

Candidate should be willing to work in night shifts in India and should be flexible across different shifts & weekend on call support.

Daily Production support tasks-Picking up incidents in Service Now, acknowledging, and responding with proper updates and determine solution.

Communicating to User with clear details in mail and Service Now/Jira for assigned incidents.

• Consider looking at ways to decrease ticket volume by streamlining work processes, documentation, or development modifications to the application.
• Strong Debugging skills to identify the RCA and providing permanent fixes for the applications assigned.
• Developing Automation tools and Enhancement of existing process/ system/ manual tasks on applications assigned.
• Continue to study and review systems to improve their understanding of them.
