Job Overview:
The purpose of this role is to design, implement, and providing ongoing support of Go-to-Market (“GTM”) reporting as part of the U.S. & Canada RBU Analytics Hub. The Analytics Hub will serve as a central reporting & analytics function across the USCAN RBU and provide business and operational insights to stakeholders in GTM, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Delivery Operations. The Analytics Hub will be responsible for developing forward-looking and predictive insights to support the RBU’s executive team in execution of their strategic priorities.
As the customer-facing lead for the Analytics Hub’s GTM function, this role will enable the identification, analysis and interpretation of trends or patterns and prepare ongoing reports and agile data visualizations to aid in data storytelling within defined scope, using established enterprise tool and standards. This leadership role liaises with the data technical team and analytics technical team to implement the data & analytics roadmap, predictive KPIs, standard reports, agile analytics (from lead to revenue-in-hand) and governance use cases for the function. This individual will lead data and analytics projects, conduct agile analytics, and build relationships with senior stakeholders to translate business to technical requirements. As an individual contributor, this leader will consult directly with US business line (“BL”) leadership and recommend actionable insights to optimize effectiveness and business outcomes across the RBU.
Essential Functions:
Actively works with the Analytics Hub Leadership in shaping strategy, embedding an art of the possible data and analytics culture. Serves as the primary liaison between the business and the Analytics Hub to coordinate data management, visualization & reporting and analytics support.

Develops strong cross-functional relationships across RBU functional areas as data-driven storyteller to further optimize our operational processes. Leads GTM functional roadmap design and implementation in close partnership with the D&A Delivery team. Works with all levels of assigned internal stakeholders to provide insights-driven resource delivery consultation to drive tactical business decisions and advance the Analytics Hub vision to design scalable data and analytics capabilities by translating business requirements into technical requirements for reporting deliverables and associated key performance metrics supporting project delivery and performance.

Develops strong quality assurance controls and documentation for all reporting deliverables & processes.
Ensures appropriate GTM data governance, level of consistency and common definitions across business line, segment, and functional reporting.
Develops strong cross-functional relationships across RBU functional areas as data-driven storyteller to further optimize our operational processes.
Creates opportunities for efficiencies in reporting through process improvements, vendor leverage, and data analysis, coordinating with internal clients to implement solutions and track ROI where possible.
Identifies, analyze, and interpret large datasets for drivers and signals of trends and performance indicators to inform leadership decisions.
Aggressively looks to provide more predictive analytics & business insights through use of new methodologies, tools, and artificial intelligence/machine learning capabilities.
Performs other duties as assigned including agile analytics and ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
Qualification:
6-9 years in GTM, technology, life sciences, or related industry and experience (e.g. business analytics, agile development, data management, project management)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Excellent technical skills with a strong proficiency in PBI software and computer skills including, but not limited to, Spotfire, SmartSheets, SQL, SFDC PSA, and MS Office applications.
Preferred PMP or project management certification; excellent project management.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics.
Strong collaboration skills demonstrated in building effective business relationships and fostering productive collaborations.

Outstanding communication (written, verbal, and presentation), influencing and partnering skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $94,200.00 - $175,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
