.NET Software Developer

About You:

You have 2+ years of software development experience with .Net, have strong interpersonal and communication skills for communication with clients, and are looking for a role where you can have a high degree of involvement in a suite of enterprise products for life sciences companies.

You enjoy working on a small, flexible team. You are self-motivated and know how to learn – independently and with support. You are a critical thinker, and are good at thinking “around” concepts, not just executing a task.

You have a can-do attitude and welcome the opportunity to take on a new challenge when something comes up that may not be in your existing areas of expertise. You bring a varied background and a passion for ongoing innovation.

You have strong analytical skills and bonus if you have some background in data sciences.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented .NET software developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing secure, scalable, and high-performance applications using the .NET framework, and strong interpersonal and communication skills for communication with clients. Healthcare experience is not required.

This is a highly technical role in core product development team to serve our clients in the Life Sciences Industry. We work on a combination of:

1)           A suite of existing products which have passed the “0 to 1” stage, proven themselves in the market, and are now in growth in growth and scaling stage.

2)           Configurations for clients with a specific need – using our expertise and modules.

The person in this role is expecting be involved with both types of work.

This is an individual contributor role with significant teamwork with other IQVIA team members as well as clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using .NET technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Follow all established processes and operating procedures covering execution quality, reporting and so on
  • Bring innovations into technical implementation

Manage client/stakeholder communication

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET technologies and full stack development.
  • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue or React.
  • Experience with databases such as SQL Server or MySQL.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development and other methods of integrating with 3rd party systems and services.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

We also value:

o            Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience working with Gitlab

o            Experience with DevOps processes and tools

o            Experience in web application security

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $130,700.00 - $217,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
